Refund Policy SeriousHeart.com, LLC Effective Date: July 5, 2025

We strive to provide high-quality, personalized dating services. This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

General Policy All membership fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that services begin immediately upon registration, including access to assessments, interviews, and matchmaking processes.
Bronze Membership (3-Month Commitment)
Bronze Members commit to a minimum of 3 months.

· A one-time charge of $147 (covering the first 3 months) is billed at signup.

· No refunds will be provided for early cancellation during the 3-month commitment period.

Silver & Gold Memberships (Month-to-Month)

· These plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.

· Members may cancel anytime before their next billing date to avoid future charges.

· No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods once payment has been processed.

Exceptions Refunds may only be issued under the following limited circumstances:

· Duplicate payments caused by a technical error

· Billing mistakes directly caused by SeriousHeart.com’s system

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date to be considered.
